Raymond Armstrong is a graduate of Boston College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In addition to his work in the insurance industry, he has also worked as a public accountant performing tax and audit services to a wide range of entities. Ray is a
Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Workers Compensation Advisor and a Certified Insurance Counselor.
 
Ray joined the Sylvia Group in 1990 and has over 17 years of insurance and business experience. As a Vice President with the Sylvia Group, he assists in all aspects of the firm’s operations – from client service to management.
